Our third installment in the Indie X Series lineup is New School IPA brewed with our long-time friends at Left Field Brewery - it’s a grand slam!
We ‘pitched’ some whole leaf centennial hops to the mash and used a call-up rookie yeast strain to help boost the tropical aromatics in the beer and take one for the team. Then the coach had us dry hop it with the experienced veteran presence of Lotus and El Dorado, to create aromas of fresh orange, juicy mangos and ripe stone fruits. A winning combination.
This is a bit different than a traditional IPA but it’s not too far out in left field.
ABV: 6.5%
