Account Sales Territory Manager:
We are looking to fill our first full-time Account Sales Position! We have lots of beer to sell, and with your help and expertise, we will make a lot of people happy by getting our beers to them across the Province of Ontario. For the right person, this will be an incredibly rewarding position – with the sky as the limit for advancement and growth potential.
Key responsibilities include using sales experience and expertise to meet and exceed sales goals, development and growth of new accounts, working with the multiple teams to develop a flawless execution process from production to delivery, growing our account base across all channels, ensuring top marks for customer service - going ‘above and beyond’ for our customers, contributing to the strategic direction of beer sales in the company, and acting as a brand ambassador for the company and our beer.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years in the craft beer industry and outstanding direct sales relationships. Additional key attributes include the ability to safely lift a 30L keg of beer, safe driving history and valid drivers license, a passion for craft beer, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
We are looking for a delivery driver to cover territory across the GTA, based out of our distribution center in Etobicoke.
Key responsibilities include delivering beer (i.e. kegs and other packaged formats) across our supply chain networks, picking up all returns and empties, restocking when necessary, complying with all highway traffic act regulations, keeping a maintained vehicle, conducting business in a professional manner, and acting as a brand ambassador for Indie Alehouse.
Ideal candidates have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, capability to lift heavy products (i.e. kegs, cases of beer), excellent communication skills, safe driving history with a G license and minimum 3 years of experience, and a familiarity with the GTA.
Retail Sales Associate:
We are looking for a retail sales associate at our on-site bottle shop location in the Junction.
Key responsibilities include effectively engaging customers with accurate product knowledge, conducting transactions at point of sale, retail shop maintenance (including bottles and other merchandise), washing bottles, and acting as a brand ambassador for Indie Alehouse.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail and/or customer service, an interest in craft beer, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a desire to encourage people to ‘Live Indie’ and choose the option of better beer.
Other requirements include the minimum attainment of a high school diploma, and the Ontario Smart Serve Retail License.
We are seeking an experienced chef at our kitchen located in the Junction.
We put out a large volume of excellent scratch-made food in our fast-paced brewpub in the West End of Toronto. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in a large fast paced kitchen, and is familiar with cooking to high standards in a safe, professional environment.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
